Coloured Drawing: Lukrezia

Yay, finished this drawing!

It's Sabrina's (Lukrezia) character on Minecraft. The background is inspired by creepers. The 'Psss' from a creeper that's about to explode (SABRINA BEHIND YOU). The 'circles' of the explosion (BOOM) and the rage signs after a creeper exploded (SABRINA YOU BLEW UP THE HOUSE!). Haha. I love Minecraft.

Anyway, I tried to colour it more simple than I usually do, I hope you like it!

Clay figure: Samurai Panda

I decided to make a Samurai Panda with the clay I bought. It was... harder than I expected it to be... It's harder than papercrafting! to get the right shapes in the clay and make it stay like that was hard. Then I started painting... I'm so happy that I got a really thin pencil because without it I would've even failed more than now. There are so many places that are hard to reach and... it's just really difficult.

But... I enjoyed it. I think even might make more clay figures. It was fun to do! Ideas for a second one are welcome.

Originally I wanted the gray/blue parts to be beige but my beige turned out to be pink. For my next figure I'll buy some colours paint because I'm not so good in mixing it seems.

I started making this by making a model with iron wire and tinfoil. I made it thinner than on this picture though but it gave me and idea from how I wanted it too look like.

A very interesting blog post

Al right. I mostly only post on this blog when I finished something or when I'm at a certain stadium that it's worth posting. To update all of you, this is what I'm planning to do and what I'm working on! You may expect posts about this later.

•  I'm planning to make a minecraft drawing of Sabrina. I just love her character in game and she's going to look so cute in anime-style-ish.
•   I still have to finish this background of a fan-art drawing of a movie I watched.
•  I have to practice on drawing backgrounds and I finally know how I'm going to do that!
•  I bought a cupcake mix a while ago; I still didn't get to make them...
•  Today I made a clay figure. Time to paint it now!
•  I'm still working slowly on my newest papercraft: Altaïr. I'm working on the hoodie now. I'll post an update when I finish this part. 
•  I bought an RPG for my Xbox a few weeks ago and... I'm afraid I'll spend more time on it than on Skyrim. And that's a lot knowing I spend already 180 hours on Skyrim. That's nothing compared to the amount of time I spend on Flyff though. I got the highest time achievement on that, on NeocroHero only...
•  I really have to stop being emo. It doesn't suit me.

Screenshots of the past week on Minecraft

The buildings I'll show here might look better by now but this are some screenshots I took past week while playing Minecraft.

When I visited the sheep at the farm I saw a chicken bathing in the water of the sheep.

On the first floor of the temple I made a flower arrangement room (since that's an Asian thing, right?). I mixed flowers with grass and saplings. Normally saplings don't grow inside houses but... This tree keeps on deciding that he wants to stand there. Oh well...

Inside I made a 'Boeddha' made out of glowstone. Dave put a sign on his 'head' since he thought it was an altar. Ever since there's a sign in front of it saying you can't place signs here... Right.

This is what happens if you chop trees at a time you should just stay inside. 3 creepers exploded!

When I needed some materials from the Dinosaur Camp I found a chicken on Sabrina's bed. Later it jumped on my bed! Now it's locked up in the basement. So cruel.

I made a new storage underground at our new village. Sabrina asked where it was and... A creeper exploded and exposed it. The place between the water and Sabrina's house is the place where all the creepers explode (seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). That's why I called Sabrina's house the 'Creeper Hole' house. I can't be bothered to fill the complete hole over and over again...

Behind it there's a dark green house, build by me for Sabrina. The red house on the left is Dave's house. I build a fourth one aside mine in dark blue, Patrick's house. There are more houses coming!

When Sabrina got lost she teleported ME to HER so I could help her back to the temple. Next time Sabrina... Please... Just teleport yourself to me instead...

We ran into an NPC village. That's a village with NPC villagers. They look much better with this texture pack than with the original texture pack!

When I was helping Dave digging all the dirt away on a place where he's going to build an arena I found this strange figure on the ground. I'm sure it's an alien... I'm very sure...

Air-drying modelling Material

I bought this pack of 'Air-drying modelling Material' (that's what the package says) and I want to make something with it. Now, I have no idea what to make. Does anyone have any idea what I can make? Please let me know!

Chocolates

Aside the store I work there's a chocolate store. My mother was planning to buy some chocolates to display them in our special candy baskets.B instead of buying them... She got a whole 2.5kg bag for FREE! I have to say, they're delicious. Does anyone want one?

Papercraft: Update!

I finished the head of Altaïr. It's a mask for Mirai now (ewww).

A friend was so nice to lend me his Assasin's Creed game, since I'm making the character of that game. Hooray!

We love noobs!

When Dino was leveling his new character yesterday, a noob ran to him to ask for buffs. He had a special way to ask him though...

Big Minecraft update

Wow. Forgot to update blog for quite a while. Anyway. The farm is finished now! We got barns with animals and even an extra house. When the farm was finished, me and Sabrina searched a place further to make a new building, a temple!

It's easier to explain with screenshots so... enjoy!

To get sheep to the farm we had to climb over a few mountains. It was really hard to get all the sheep to the farm but we managed!

This is Sabrina with some sheep... and cow... They wanted to come too.

The road back to the farm was dangerous... Deep holes!

But when we arrived the sheep liked their barn already, though it wasn't finished yet.

to build the barns we needed more sandstone so I headed back to the place where we dig the sand for the farm house. Wow. Once there was a mountain here but we dig all the sand away!

When I tried to get chickens for the farm I got stalked by cows too, again...

When me and Sabrina went chopping wood at the jungle we got attacked by two creepers and we exploded at the same time, getting this nice hole as result.

Me working at the temple, too scared to get back down... A lot monsters!

Mirai!

A month ago I finally got myself to order a Japanese figure. They come with extra attributes and can move their arms-legs etc.

I ordered 'Mirai'. She's a girl that Danny Choo designed. Danny Choo is... Someone who tries to let more people know about the Japanese culture. (Check out his website when you're interested) She doesn't play in any anime (yet).

So, after 20 days waiting, and another 10 days because it was stuck at the customs, I finally got her! She was finer than I could've imagined and all her parts can be moved. She came with an extra pair of hands (fists), a hand with a camera, a hand with a handkerchief, an extra (crying) face, a laptop and a mini of herself. I tried taking some pictures of her but it's hard. I had to pay a lot taxes but it was worth it.

So now she's standing on my desk all day. I'm really happy with her! I'll try to make more pictures later on. (AND BETTER ONES)
