Noe stared into the hole. It was dark there. She had to feel fear now, she was about to do something really reckless. She stepped inside. She was too curious to stay here and wait till that Hero came out. "Don't go in there!" said a voice. Noe turned around. Rui gasped. "It's... Dangerous... There..." "Well obviously, since no one followed NeocroHero to help him kill that monster." "NeocroHero doesn't need help from us. He'll be fine alone." Noe sighted. "Everyone likes company." And she stepped in the hole. "Hey, wait!" Rui looked around, trying to find something like a weapon. But all he could see were some wooden branches. "That'll do then." Rui grabbed a branch and followed Noe.
"What are you planning to do, Noe?" asked Rui. "I want to see that Hero again." "Then just wait outside, he'll come back soon." Noe shaked her head. "I want to know now." "Know what?" Rui was confused. "I want to understand the word 'fear'" Rui stopped walking. "Are you going to risk your life just to understand that?" "It looks like that, doesn't it?" Rui didn't get this girl. She looked so fragile still she was so reckless. The cave was rather dark but light enough to see were you walked. The walls were made out of stone. Rui wondered who'd make such a hole. Suddenly Rui saw a shadow in the dark. "N-Noe watch out!" Rui ran to Noe and put himself in front of her. "Stay back, I'll protect you!" Noe laughed. "W-why are you laughing, you should be afraid." "Afraid of a rock?" Rui his eyes narrowed. Noe was right. He was protecting Noe from a rock. He sighted. Noe grabbed his hand. "Let's go."
Noe looked curious around her while Rui seemed to be afraid from every sound he heared. They walked slowly trough tunnels. Noe realised that if she had to find the way out now, that it'd be hard. "Let's go sit down here." said Noe when they reached a place with more space and light." Rui shocked. "Why would we sit down in a place like this?" "I'm hungry." said Noe. "Let's eat a bit, I got some bread with me." Rui wondered why she followed Noe. A bit nervous he looked around when Noe put herself down and started to eat. Then he put himself down too. Noe gave him some bread. "Thanks, I guess." "You're welcome!" said Noe, and she smiled. "Why did you come with me.?" asked Noe. Rui hesistated. "I-I thought that you'd like some company." Noe laughed. "Oh look there!" said Noe. A white lamb ran around at the other side of the room. "I want to hug it!" "W-what?" asked Rui shocked. "Hug, it." said Noe and she ran away. "Wait, get back!" shouted Rui. But Noe was already running after the lamb. Rui sighted. "I better wait here for her then..." He looked uneasy around him.
Noe followed the lamb but it ran too fast. She made a sad face. It looked so cute. She turned around and ran back to Rui. When she reached the light room again she shocked. She heared Rui screaming. A huge, blue monster was standing near Rui. The monster lifted his huge legg and tried to squash Rui. "R..." She held her breath. A shadow appeared out of the darkness. The shadow almost seemed to fly, it came closer really fast. It reached the monster and the monster screamed. For a moment she could see the shadow's true form. Blond hair. Red eyes. Noe gasped. Then the shadow disappeared again. It all happened in one single second. The monster fell down. Noe ran to Rui. "Rui!" Rui seemed to have colapsed. "Oh, what should I do?" asked Noe to herself. Then she noticed the stick that lied near Rui. "A stick." said Noe and she grabbed it. She stared at it. Her body started to move. One knee on the ground. One feet on the ground. Stick with one side on the ground. Other hand rised in the air. Lights surrounded Rui. Noe shocked. What did she just do? She trew the stick away. "Rui?" Rui opened his eyes. "Oh, I'm alive." He said. Noe smiled. "You are!"
